Please read these terms before using Exige or participating in our services and events.

Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Exige website, submitting an application, registering for an event, participating in Exige services, joining community channels, or using any Exige feature, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Exige's services or participate in Exige activities.

Eligibility & Applications

All applications submitted to Exige are subject to review and approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Exige community or access to any Exige service. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Exige reserves the right to reject applications, request additional information, or revoke access if false or misleading information is provided.

Membership & Access

Certain Exige services and features are available exclusively to approved members. Membership and access are granted at Exige's discretion and may be suspended or revoked where necessary. Membership provides access to the Exige community and selected services but does not guarantee introductions, collaborations, partnerships, sales, investments, employment opportunities, or any other specific outcome

Exige Ledger & Exige Exchange

Exige Ledger and Exige Exchange are exclusive community features available to approved members. Participation and access are subject to Exige's policies and community guidelines. Connections, introductions, and interactions facilitated through these services depend on member participation and availability. Exige does not guarantee that requests will be fulfilled or that any connection, collaboration, or outcome will result from participation.

Events & Attendance

Exige organises in-person and online events, including Exige Networking, Exige Roundtable, and other community or networking activities. Event details, venues, speakers, schedules, and formats may change without prior notice where necessary. Exige reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel, or refuse entry to any event at its discretion. Some events may have limited capacity, and attendance may require prior registration or approval. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the event.

Community Conduct

Members and attendees are expected to contribute positively to the Exige community by treating others with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. The following behaviour is prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour

• Spam or unsolicited promotional activity

• Aggressive selling or persistent solicitation

• Misuse of member information or introductions

• Sharing confidential information without permission

• Any behaviour that negatively impacts the community experience

Exige reserves the right to suspend or remove individuals who fail to comply with these standards.

Sharing of Contact Information

Certain Exige services are designed to facilitate introductions between members. Where both parties agree to proceed with a connection through Exige Ledger or Exige Exchange, Exige may share the relevant contact information required to enable direct communication. Exige may also create community communication channels, including WhatsApp groups. By joining these channels, participants acknowledge that information associated with their account on that platform, such as their phone number, profile name, or profile photo, may be visible to other participants.

No Guarantees

Exige provides access to a curated community, networking experiences, and connection-based services. While Exige aims to facilitate meaningful relationships, no guarantees are made regarding introductions, collaborations, partnerships, commercial outcomes, investments, employment, or any other results. Any decisions or agreements made between members are solely the responsibility of the individuals involved.

Payments & Refunds

Where applicable, fees for events or other Exige services will be communicated before payment is required. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. Refunds, credits, or transfers may be considered at Exige's discretion or where required by applicable law. If Exige cancels an event, attendees will be informed of the available options, which may include a refund, credit, or transfer to a future event.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Exige provides access to a community, events, and connection opportunities. However, Exige does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including introductions, partnerships, sales, investments, or other results arising from participation. Exige may host events at third-party venues and physical locations. While we take reasonable steps to select suitable venues and create a safe environment, Exige is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, accidents, or incidents that may occur during attendance at Exige events or while visiting event locations. Exige is not responsible for the actions, decisions, communications, or agreements made between members, attendees, or third parties. Any interactions, connections, or arrangements made through Exige are undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility. By participating in Exige activities, including events, community spaces, and member interactions, you agree that Exige, its team, partners, and representatives will not be held liable for any claims, losses, damages, or disputes arising from your participation. You agree to take responsibility for your own actions, decisions, and interactions within the Exige community.

Right to Refuse Entry and Removal

Exige reserves the right to refuse entry, suspend access, or remove any individual from events, community spaces, or Exige services at its discretion. This may apply to individuals who:

• Provide inaccurate or misleading information during the application process

• Do not represent a legitimate company, registered business, or professional role

• Are involved in scams, fraudulent activities, multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or similar activities

• Violate Exige's Code of Conduct

• Misuse member information or connections

• Engage in unsolicited spam, aggressive selling, or inappropriate promotion

• Disrupt the experience, safety, or trust of other members

• Engage in behaviour that does not align with Exige's values

Exige is designed for professionals, founders, and businesses operating legitimately. Members must either represent a legitimate company or operate a registered business entity, including but not limited to sole proprietorships, partnerships, private limited companies, or equivalent registered entities in their respective countries. Exige reserves the right to verify information provided during the application process and may refuse or remove access where necessary. Removal or refusal of access may occur without prior notice where required to protect the community.

Media, Photography, and Videography Release

By participating in any Exige event, meeting, community activity, or service, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, videos, audio recordings, and other media may be captured during your participation. You grant Exige the right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute such media for marketing, promotional, educational, social media, website, and other business-related purposes without further notice or compensation. If you do not wish to appear in any media, you should refrain from participating in activities where media is being captured or notify the Exige team in advance. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests where possible, Exige cannot guarantee that you will not appear in media captured during group activities or public events.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, images, and materials published by Exige are the intellectual property of Exige unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Exige.

Privacy

Exige is committed to protecting your personal information. Information collected through Exige is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared. By using Exige's services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality and Respect for Member Information

Members may gain access to information, discussions, or introductions involving other members. Members agree to respect the confidentiality of information shared within the Exige community and not use member information for purposes outside of the intended interaction without permission.

Changes to These Terms

Exige reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect once published on the Exige website. Continued use of Exige services or participation in Exige activities after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
